Return Eligibility

• Unused and in original packaging

• Not damaged or altered

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products not eligible for return:

• Used or opened cosmetic products

• Damaged items due to misuse

• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued via original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
